Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all transactions made through Ziniz (Ziniz Private Limited), including our retail storefronts, digital products, and business enablement platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging with our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Principles
Ziniz strives to provide high-quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our diverse offerings, the following non-eligibility criteria apply across all departments.
a. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind, personal preference, or a change in business requirements. We encourage users to review all descriptions, specifications, and available demos before completing a purchase.
b. Service Usage: Refunds are not available for services that have been initiated or fully rendered. This includes software provisioning, digital installations, consulting sessions, or the activation of business tools.
2. Platform and Subscription Services
For users utilizing our business enablement and "software-as-a-service" (SaaS) products,
a. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which the service will terminate.
b. No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time within a billing period.
c. Third-Party Transactions: Ziniz provides the infrastructure for independent businesses to operate. We are not responsible for the refund policies or transaction disputes between those independent businesses and their respective customers.
3. Merchant Store and Physical/Digital Goods
For purchases made directly from the Ziniz catalog,
a. Digital Goods: Due to the irrecoverable nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable or license-based products are final once the delivery is initiated.
b. Physical Goods: Returns or replacements are only considered in the event of a manufacturing defect or the delivery of a damaged product. Such issues must be reported to support@Ziniz.Online within 48 hours of receipt with valid proof.
4. Cancellation by Ziniz
We reserve the right to cancel any order or terminate access to our Services at our sole discretion in cases of,
a. "Technical errors in pricing or product descriptions"
b. "Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms of Service"
c. "Non-availability of a product or service". In such cases, if payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions and Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Ziniz in the following limited circumstances,
a. Duplicate Charges: If a technical error results in a duplicate billing for the same service.
b. Service Failure: In the event of a prolonged and total platform failure that prevents the User from accessing their business tools for an extended period, excluding scheduled maintenance or third-party outages.
6. Responsibility Towards End-Users
Ziniz provides the platform and infrastructure for Businesses Owners to operate.
Third-Party Transactions: Ziniz is not responsible for the products, services, or refunds offered by the businesses using our platform to their own customers (End-Users). Any disputes regarding transactions between a User (Business Owner) and their End-User must be resolved directly between those parties. Ziniz does not intervene in, nor is liable for, the refund policies of individual storefronts powered by our technology.
7. Chargebacks
By using our services, you agree to contact Ziniz Support to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback request with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account and all associated online entities.
8. Contact and Dispute Resolution
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Our team will review each case based on technical logs and service records.
